Our newest released model KG-600SR, first exhibited in Timtos fair. Outstanding for its elegant outlook, powerful function design. KG-600SR is equipped with twin internal spindles and steady rest, in one spindle we have applied to independent angle adjusting system, which leads its accuracy, stability to upper level.
Continuing expanding range of steady rest series, this time we introduce KG-350SR to the market. KG-350SR equips with single internal spindle and max processing depth up to 350mm, which is more economic and suitable for less complicated workpeice.
We formally launched KG-410SR to the market. Target to offer functional and reasonable budget to client who have needs of deep internal grinding. In this model we offer grinding length up to 410mm, which cover up major demands.
We have developed KG-500LE with new concept of a three-axis CNC internal and external grinding machine, which featured by 405mm Y-axis grinding wheel. Moreover, Z-axis is with customizable design to meet varies clients' need.
Our RD have dedicated to launch KG-150D in market, to reduce interference problem on twin spindle model and also innovate a whole new conversational interface, which allow client to operate machine without complicated programming.
Coming to another turning point, Grima successfully crated a multiple spindles model which highly improved efficiency of production processes. Our KG-500L, equipped with three grinding axes and a tool module structure, to maximally allow machine for diverse workpiece requirements.
This year, to enlarge our cylindrical grinder range we come up with KG-1200IE to the market. Which is designed for bigger working capacity and also with internal grinding attachment.
In this year we built up our first CNC Cylindrical Grinder KG-800E. To fulfill our products range and to start up a turnkey grinding project.
Start from client’s needs, we launched KG-500ATC this year to introduce new production concept for our partner. With Auto Tool Changer, we solved complicated production procedure and greatly reduce production time. A milestone of our development’s ability and also included multiple patents.
According to client demand, in this busy year we launched 2 compact models KG-150A and KG-150B to the market. Both models are popular for its medium size and economic budget. It is soon for Grima to play a role in this product range.
Start from KG-500, we introduce brand Grima to the market by rigid design, HMI interface, powerful specification. The breakthrough structure earned us multiple patents.
